In September 2024, THLPG exported one automatic welding line for LPG cooking gas cylinder to Turkey. This is a truly remarkable breakthrough. Despite the presence of renowned tank and pressure vessel manufacturing equipment companies in Turkey such as Repkon and Rok Teknik, we have still earned the trust and favor of local Turkish customers. Moreover, THLPG has lived up to its mission, bringing the automation of local LPG cylinder manufacturing in Turkey to a new height!
This Automatic LPG cylinder welding line is combined with 7 circumferential welding machines, conveying system and magnetic transport mechanism. Working capacity reaches 2100 pcs/8hrs per shift. Which means it’s able to produce 756,000 pieces LPG cylinders annually. If the factory ran at 2 shifts per day, it will produce 1.5 million piece propane gas bottles.
Moreover, each welding machine has the PLC connected with the monitoring system, which allows the real-time monitoring of welding status. If any accidents happened on the production line, workers can walk in the moving mechanism freely without getting hurt because we equipped the sensors all over the production line. Once the worker stepped in the production line for operation, the mechanism will stop wherever the worker went.
Besides the Turkish project, THLPG has served a lot clients around the world. We can also combine the Deep drawing machine (Deep drawer), Trimming machine, Polishing Machine, Joggling machine, Robot Arms, LPG cylinder body welding line, LPG cylinder guard ring welding line and LPG foot ring welding line into a full automatic line.
Introduction As Example:
The production line starts after the forming of the topfbottom head, andends at circumferential welding process of the body cylinder.
The line consists of 14 sets of equipment: 11 sets of host equipment (5sets of three station equipment; 1 set of punching and embossingequipment; 1 set of automatic assembly spot welding equipment, 4 sets ofautomatic circum welding equipment); 3 sets of robot equipment.The 6-axis robot (5-30KG) made in China shall be selected reasonablyaccording to different loads.
